Refund Policy

Effective Date: [2th feb 2026]

1. Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before pickup: Full refund.

  • Cancellations made 24–48 hours before pickup: 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup: No refund.

2. No-Show Policy

If the customer does not appear at the agreed pickup location within:

  • 30 minutes (standard pickup)

  • 60 minutes (airport pickup)

The booking will be considered a “No-Show” and no refund will be provided.

3. Cancellation by Company

If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • Full refund will be issued, OR

  • Alternative vehicle/service will be offered.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via original payment method.
